Jones Day advised Pegasus Helicopter Group PLC in connection with its issuance of $2 million Convertible Loan Notes to Kuwaiti holding company Thimar, its withdrawal from the PLUS-quoted market immediately prior to closing, and a multi-jurisdictional agency and distribution arrangement with Thimar.
