Jones Day represented Credit Agricole who acted as financial advisor and dealer manager to Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management, in connection with its acquisition of Telvent GIT, S.A. and the related tender offer for its shares listed on NASDAQ. The total transaction value was approximately $2 billion (€1.4 billion) on an enterprise value basis.
