Riverside acquires Avatar International

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Avatar International, LLC, a provider of patient-satisfaction surveys mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility, including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit, swingline, and term loan facility.
