Primus Capital acquires G2 Web Services

Client(s) Primus Capital Fund

Jones Day represented Primus Capital Fund in connection with its acquisition and related financing of G2 Web Services, L.L.C., a provider of e-commerce risk analysis and relationship mapping software tools to participants in the credit card and online payment value chain. The financing was provided by a senior secured credit facility consisting of a term loan and a revolving loan.
