GIC invests in Bronco Midstream Holdings

Jones Day advised an affiliate of Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd. on tax, regulatory and entity formation aspects of its investment in Bronco Midstream Holdings LLC as part of $518 million in co-investor commitments to support the investment by the Arclight Capital Partners LLC affiliate in Enogex Holdings, LLC which holds a joint venture interest in Enogex LLC, an integrated midstream infrastructure company providing natural gas gathering, processing, pipeline processing, and storage services in the United States.
