Jones Day advised the senior management group of Cabot Financial Group Limited (Cabot) in connection with the tertiary buyout of Cabot backed by AnaCap Financial Partners and simultaneous folding into Cabot Financial Group Limited of Apex Credit Management Limited, one of AnaCap's existing portfolio companies to form a combined group with assets exceeding £5.6 billion.
