Jones Day advised Hubwoo, a global leader of cloud procurement solutions and services, in connection with its acquisition of AchatPro, a developer and operator of online e-procurement solutions for large companies and government entities. Jones Day also advised Hubwoo in connection with its concurrent issuance of €5.5 million (US$8.6 million) of Common Stock in a private placement to COFIBRED, a subsidiary of BRED Banque Populaire and one of the largest banking groups in France.
