Crédito Real issues MXN$200 million of Notes on Mexican Stock Exchange

Jones Day advised Crédito Real, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R., one of the principal payroll lending, durable goods financing, and microcredit finance companies in Mexico, in connection with its issuance of MXN$200 million (US$15.6 million) of Notes on the Mexican Stock Exchange on July 24, 2009. The Notes were partially guaranteed by Nacional Financiera, S.N.C. for up to 50% of their principal amount and by Crédito Real for up to 7% of the principal amount by means of a pledge agreement on securities with a "AAA" rating from Standard & Poor's. The Notes were underwritten by Ixe Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.
