Jones Day represented Explosion Entertainment, LLC, owner of the Strikeforce brand of mixed martial arts ("MMA") events, in connection with its asset sale to Zuffa, LLC, owner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (the "UFC") brand of MMA events. The UFC is the world's leading MMA brand.

In addition to M&A representation, Jones Day provided antitrust, tax, and intellectual property advice regarding this matter.
