Riverside portfolio company acquires CareFacts Information Systems

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition and related financing by portfolio company HEALTHCAREfirst, Inc. of CareFacts Information Systems, Inc., a Minnesota-based provider of software, billing, and coding services in the home care, hospice, and public health industries. The financing consisted of an increase to HEALTHCAREfirst, Inc.'s existing senior and subordinated term loan facilities.
