Jones Day represented ING Belgium, S.A., WestLB AG, Sucursal en España, Natixis, Sucursal en España, and Dexia Sabadell, S.A. in connection with the €109 million (US$143 million) project financing for the construction and operation of a home care, Hospital Can Misses, and two associated medical centers located on the island of Ibiza within the Balearic Islands, an autonomous community of Spain.
