Jones Day represented Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I, Inc., in the formation of two joint ventures with Digital Realty Trust for the operation and redevelopment of a three-building campus known as the Santa Clara Tech Center located in Santa Clara, California and in the related loan modification.
