Potash Corporation issues $500 million of 3.25% Notes and $500 million of 5.625% Notes in public offering

Jones Day represented Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Inc., the world's largest integrated fertilizer and related industrial and feed products company, in connection with its issuance of $500 million of 3.25% Notes due December 1, 2017 and $500 million of 5.625% Notes due December 1, 2040 in a public offering, underwritten by BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, and Scotia Capital.

The proceeds of the offering were used to fund a portion of Potash Corporation's previously announced $2 billion stock repurchase.
