Jones Day provided advice to Wilmington Trust London Limited in connection with the finalization and execution of an Italian security document with reference and limited to the potential issues related to Wilmington's Facility and Security Agent capacity under a multi-jurisdictional credit agreement; and in the negotiation, drafting and execution of the POAs to be granted by each Lender for the execution of the Italian security document.
