Cordea completes restructuring in connection with reorganization

Jones Day advised Cordea Savills LLP with its restructuring of an existing mezzanine facility in connection with the reorganization of the entire group chart. The restructuring included the extension of the loan's final maturity date, an option for a further extension, a partial prepayment of the loan, and the granting of a cash collateral to secure the payment of the accruing interest.
