MedStar Health merges with St. Mary's Hospital

Jones Day acted as antitrust counsel in the merger of MedStar Health, Inc. with St. Mary's Hospital. St. Mary's is a Maryland non-stock corporation. After the merger, MedStar Health became the sole corporate member of St. Mary's.
