Jones Day advised Explorys Inc., the leader in cloud computing solutions for healthcare data management, analytics, and outcomes measurement, in connection with its issuance of $2.55 million of Series B Preferred Stock in a private placement to Santé Ventures, a healthcare and life science venture capital firm that invests exclusively in early-stage companies developing new medical technologies or healthcare delivery models.
