Jones Day represents American Steamship Company ("ASC") in connection with negotiations with the USW for a successor agreement for non-licensed crew operating the company's Great Lakes Fleet. In connection with these negotiations, Jones Day has also been advising ASC with respect to an on-going work stoppage and related secondary picketing by union members.
