Jones Day advised Lennox International Inc., a global leader in the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration markets, in connection with its public offering of $200 million of 4.900% Notes due 2017. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC served as joint book-running managers of the offering.
