Sonia Rykiel obtains annulment of OHIM decision rejecting trademark application

Jones Day successfully represented Sonia Rykiel, the French fashion designer before the Court of First Instance of the European Communities and obtained the annulment of a decision of the OHIM which rejected Sonia Rykiel's Community Trademark Application "SONIA RYKIEL" on the ground that it was confusingly similar to previous Spanish "SONIA" trademarks filed for similar products.
