Jones Day advised subsidiaries The North American Coal Corporation, Red River Mining Company and Oxbow Property Company L.L.C. in the sale of the Oxbow Mine lignite reserves and all associated mining equipment and assets to AEP Southwestern Electric Power Co. subsidiary Dolet Hills Lignite Co. and Cleco Power LLC, a subsidiary of Cleco Corp.
