Jones Day advised Cliffs Natural Resources Inc., an international mining company, in connection with its issuance of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.900% Senior Notes due 2020 in a public offering, underwritten by BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, Fifth Third Securities, Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets, PNC Capital Markets LLC, and RBS.
