Jones Day represented The Sherwin-Williams Company, a leading global developer, manufacturer, distributor and retailer of paint, coatings and related products, in connection with its issuance of $500 million of 3.125% Senior Notes due 2014 in a public offering, underwritten by Citi, J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and PNC Capital Markets LLC.
