Client(s) Munchinski, David

Jones Day was appointed by the court to represent David Munchinski, an inmate seeking proper medical care and compensation for recurrent and on-going back and nasal issues, and brought the long-running matter to a conclusion. After more than two years of pro bono representation, including a face-to-face mediation at the State Correctional Institution at Fayette, Jones Day obtained both medical treatment and a settlement for Mr. Munchinski.
