Jones Day represented Cascades Inc., a leader in recovery and in green packaging and tissue paper products, in connection with its issuance of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 7 3/4% Senior Notes due 2017 in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering, initial purchasers BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities, Scotia Capital, and Goldman Sachs & Co.
