Jones Day advised CPMC Holdings Limited, initially a wholly-owned subsidiary of COFCO Corporation, the largest oils and food importer and exporter in China and a leading food manufacturer, in connection with the issuance of HK$1.2 billion (US$159 million) of Common Stock in an initial public offering on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, underwritten by China International Capital Corporation and Hong Kong Securities Limited and BOCI Asia Limited.
