Jones Day provided advice to Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller LLC, a leading specialist investment bank focused on financial institutions, in connection with the $130 million offering of Common Stock for First Busey Corporation, a financial holding company, including a $90 million public offering of Common Stock and a private placement of $40 million of 9% Mandatorily Convertible Preferred Stock. Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller (USA) LLC ("Fox-Pitt") acted as the sole book-running manager of the public offering and FIG Partners, LLC acted as co-manager for the public offering. Additionally, Fox-Pitt acted as placement agent in connection with the PIPEs offering.
