Jones Day represented seven major air carriers, including five passenger and two cargo airlines in a petition for review before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit challenging an effort by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to adopt new generic regulations on flight crew hours of service and rest requirements for "ultra long haul" international flights.
