Jones Day represented ProMedica Health System in its acquisition of 22-cardiologist practice Northwest Ohio Cardiology Consultants (NWOCC). We advised ProMedica regarding the negotiation of the purchase of NWOCC's practice assets and the structuring of the physicians' terms of employment, including the employment compensation arrangement.
