Jones Day advised Syrgis Performance Products LLC, a diversified international group of fine and specialty chemical manufacturers, in connection with the sale of all of the issued and outstanding stock of H&S Kentucky Holdings, Inc., a US-based specialty chemical company, to Iofina plc, a UK-based holding company of a group of companies involved in the exploration and production of iodine and natural gas.
