Riverside portfolio company acquires assets of Dementia Care Specialists

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company Crisis Prevention Institute, Inc., a company creating crisis prevention and intervention training and resources to support the work of helping professionals, of substantially all of the assets of Dementia Care Specialists, Inc., a company that offers training to people who work with those with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
