Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in its add-on acquisition of Punxsutawney Electric Motor Manufacturing Co. d/b/a Electro-Mec, Inc., a provider of electric motor repair, field services and new motor sales. This is the first add-on to Riverside's Integrated Power Services platform.
