Client(s) Resilience Capital Partners LLC

Jones Day advised Resilience Capital Partners LLC in connection with the merger and related financing of portfolio company Penda Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of innovative, high-quality thermoformed solutions, with Durakon Industries, Inc., a supplier of advanced thermoformed automotive components. The secured financing consisted of an amended and restated credit term loan, guaranty, and security agreements, term loan and revolving loan with a swing loan and letter of credit sublimits.
