Client(s) PolyOne Corporation

Jones Day advised PolyOne Corporation in its $261 million sale of a 24% interest in Oxy Vinyls, LP to Occidental Chemical Corporation, a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation. In a related transaction, PolyOne acquired the remaining 10% interest in PVC Power Blends, LP from Occidental Chemical Corporation for $11 million.
