Los Angeles County settles lawsuit relating to Glendale Metrolink derailment

Jones Day was successful in obtaining partial summary judgment on behalf of Los Angeles County and Los Angeles Sheriff's Department in a declaratory relief action relating to the Glendale Metrolink derailment. After the granting of partial summary judgment, the case settled on mutually agreeable terms.
