Limited Brands wins Federal Circuit reversal in patent infringement appeal relating to candle tins

Jones Day defended the Limited Defendants against allegations of patent infringement and unfair competition relating to candle tins. The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals reversed an adverse patent-infringement judgment of nearly $3 million finding the asserted patent claims invalid and not infringed.
