H.I.G. Capital invests in Ready Pac Foods

Jones Day advised H.I.G. Capital, LLC in connection with its purchase of Preferred Stock and Warrants in a private placement by Ready Pac Foods, Inc., a producer of fresh-cut salads, meals, fruits, and vegetables in North America, and related financing. The financing consisted of the purchase, amendment and restatement of a subordinated note and warrant agreement.
