Jones Day advised Danske Markets, the financial advisor to Getinge A/B, a leading global provider of equipment and systems that contribute to quality enhancement and cost efficiency within healthcare and life sciences, in a €150 million (US $197 million) offering of shares in a secondary offering through a rights issue. The new share issue was fully subscribed.
