Banking and finance partner Rhéa Christophilopoulos joins Jones Day in Paris

Rhéa Christophilopoulos has joined Jones Day as a partner in its Financial Markets Practice. She is based in the Firm's Paris Office.

Ms. Christophilopoulos focuses her practice on the full range of financing transactions across the credit spectrum, delivering commercial and pragmatic solutions to complex financing issues. She advises lenders, financial sponsors, and borrowers on investment grade and acquisition financings, including leveraged buyouts and debt restructurings. Ms. Christophilopoulos has advised on a number of significant financing matters in the French and European markets.

At Jones Day, Ms. Christophilopoulos joins a team of nearly 320 lawyers worldwide in the Financial Markets Practice, who advise clients on the full range of complex cross-border financial transactions, regulatory matters, investigations, and litigation. Ms. Christophilopoulos holds a graduate degree in law, a post-graduate degree in Business law (DEA), and a post-graduate degree in European business law (DESS) from Panthéon-Assas University.
