Jones Day recognized for gender parity in 2023 new partner class

For the fourth year, the Firm was recognized by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance on its "Tipping the Scales" list for having 50% or more women in its 2023 U.S. new partner class. The firms recognized were identified in the Alliance's New Partner Report, a compilation of public information and data released annually.

Jones Day was also recently recognized by Law360 as a "Ceiling Smasher" for the fourth consecutive year for having one of the top percentages of women equity partners in law firms with more than 600 lawyers.

The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance is a Washington-based think tank that collaborates with organizations to develop non-stigmatized flexible work policies that promote inclusive work cultures and encourages advancement of more women into leadership positions.

The Firm is distinguished by: a singular tradition of client service; the mutual commitment to, and the seamless collaboration of, a true partnership; formidable legal talent across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions; and shared professional values that focus on client needs.
