Jones Day declared a "Ceiling Smasher" by Law360 for fourth consecutive year
For the fourth consecutive year, Law360 has named the Firm a "Ceiling Smasher," for having one of the top percentages of women equity partners in law firms with more than 600 lawyers. Law360 reviewed data from 284 law firms for its 2023 Glass Ceiling Report, and the editors noted that the firms on the Ceiling Smasher list are "demonstrating that strides towards gender parity at the upper ranks are possible."
