Anthony Insogna and Randy Kay among Daily Journal's Top Intellectual Property Lawyers for 2023

Recent highlights include directing a Jones Day team representing a leading pharmaceutical and biotech company in its most important ANDA litigation protecting top-selling drugs, and a team representing a leading biotechnology company which, with its licensor, is involved in a patent infringement action.
