Michaela Yip represents clients in a variety of complex labor and employment matters. Her experience includes cases pending before state and federal courts and spans multiple stages of litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
Michaela maintains an active pro bono practice representing asylum seekers and counseling veterans who have filed appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
