Jamie Young represents public and private companies and private equity funds on complex corporate law matters. Jamie represents clients on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and equity financings. He is also experienced with advising private equity funds on fund matters, including formation, governance, and regulatory compliance. Jamie additionally advises clients on corporate governance matters and general corporate and commercial law.
