Stella Xi practices corporate law that is focused on private M&A and private equity transactions.

Stella advises private companies, sponsors, and fund vehicles on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reorganizations, and general corporate matters involving a range of industries, including infrastructure, technology, real estate, consumer products, and life sciences. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Stella acted for private equity firm Accel-KKR and institutional investors Aware Super, Morrison Infrastructure investors, and Crescent Capital Partners.
