Jeff Wang's practice focuses on M&A. He has represented public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, retail and consumer products, food and beverage, transportation, real estate, and financial services. He has experience in private, public, and cross-border mergers, share swaps, joint ventures, going-private transactions, and private equity.

Jeff also has extensive experience in capital markets, having represented clients in equity and debt offerings, including Regulation S and 144A, in the United States, EU, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India and has counseled clients on corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Jeff practiced at an international law firm in Hong Kong, where he focused on capital markets and assisted with offerings by corporations in the Greater China region on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq and with SEC filings.
