Davis Wright's practice focuses on privacy and cybersecurity matters, including compliance, investigations, and corporate transactions.

Davis advises clients on a variety of state, federal, and global privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). His compliance experience includes advice related to internal and external privacy policies, incident response plans, data subject request processes, and terms of use agreements.

Additionally, Davis represents clients under government investigation and has advised on all aspects of an investigation conducted by the FTC. He also represents clients in corporate transactions involving data processing agreements and the analysis of cybersecurity and data privacy provisions for mergers and acquisitions.

Davis maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising nonprofit organizations in areas such as cybersecurity and data privacy and participating in the Firm's initiative to obtain post-conviction relief for human trafficking survivors. He is also a conservationist who volunteers and has a life membership with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, a conservation nonprofit.

Prior to attending law school, Davis worked as an assistant to a member of the Dáil Éireann, the lower house of the Republic of Ireland's legislature, and as a file clerk at a personal injury law firm.
