Andrea Witte represents public and private companies and private equity funds in private equity transactions, M&A, equity restructurings, and general corporate governance matters. She has been involved in transactions in a variety of industries, including automotive, travel, health care, government contracting, consumer goods, and waste management.

While in law school, Andrea participated in the Ohio State Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono legal services to start-up companies.
