Pim van Leersum, a seasoned finance lawyer, is a pragmatic and versatile practitioner active in several niches of the finance space with a deep understanding of key commercial and legal issues.

Pim has been involved in some of the most prominent and complex financing transactions and restructurings in the Dutch market. He is a trusted legal partner and acts for borrowers/sponsors and lenders as well as for international private credit funds, banks, and developers on corporate lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance transactions. In the project finance area he has advised on several of the largest renewables financings in the Dutch market. He also regularly advises Dutch and international corporations on restructuring their Dutch operations, including any financial or operational distress issues in their supply chains.

Pim has been recognized multiple times by Legal 500 and IFLR1000 as a "rising star."
