Amanda Vaughn represents clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters. Her litigation experience includes claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and other federal and state laws. Amanda also has experience conducting internal investigations and counseling clients on compliance with various labor and employment laws.
Amanda has significant experience in fact development, managing e-discovery, and motions practice. She also regularly performs employment-related diligence and counsels clients on issues arising out of mergers, acquisitions, and other large transactions.
Amanda is active in the Firm's pro bono activities, including representing incarcerated individuals seeking judicial release through the Judicial Release Coalition, a program designed to address the mass incarceration of persons of color in Ohio.
